These Terms of Service govern your use of CashierHelper and the cashierhelper.com website, which are operated by SARL TEKAPP in France. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
The service
CashierHelper helps you count notes and coins, calculate a running total, save a closing report, review report details, and share a report from the mobile app when those features are available in the version you use. The website presents the product and provides download links; legal pages publish the company contact address.
The app is designed around local-first operation. A network connection is not required for the local counting workflow. Account creation and synchronization are optional features of the connected mobile configuration and may not be enabled in every release.
Availability and distribution
CashierHelper may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another channel identified by TEKAPP. Store terms, platform rules, and the terms shown at the point of download may also apply. The current website contains preview store controls until the final distribution links are configured.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, a distribution channel, or the website. Nothing on the website promises a particular release date, price, currency list, availability, or service level.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering quantities accurately, checking the currency and denomination selected, reviewing a report before relying on it, and keeping backups of information that matters to you. A saved report is a record of the information entered; the app does not independently verify the cash in front of you.
You must use the app and website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with their operation, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Accounts and synchronized reports
If account and synchronization features are enabled in your release, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Synchronized reports are associated with the signed-in account and are subject to the available network and provider configuration. Local data remains the source of the local-first workflow when a connection is unavailable.
Intellectual property
CashierHelper, its website, software, names, logos, and original content are owned by TEKAPP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and website for their intended purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute them except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimer
The app and website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, TEKAPP does not warrant uninterrupted operation, that a count will be error-free, that every report will synchronize, or that a particular result will be achieved. You remain responsible for checking counts and maintaining backups before relying on a report.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEKAPP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the local-first data model, the conditional account and synchronization features, contact handling, and the opt-in website analytics transport.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest update. These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules that protect consumers in their place of residence.
